The Beta And His Human Mate is a light read. It doesn’t have much drama or tragic conflict. This is the kind of novel you would want to read if you want to relax. Also, the plot is especially suitable for teenagers, as the main characters in this novel, The Beta And His Human Mate are teenagers.
Here you would see lots of scenes most young adults do like parties, school, and sports. Also, the story is set in a school and the beautiful countryside, like how light romance genres are, which adds a romantic vibe to the plot. I think the charm of The Beta And His Human Mate rests on the light vibe the plot is giving to its readers.
Also, the mysterious past of Ashtyn was one thing that kept the reader’s attention throughout. That was a good simple cliffhanger. Another charming thing about The Beta And His Human Mate is its character building.
Sometimes, too-good-to-be-true characters are especially charming, particularly to young adult readers. The female lead here though scared but still is crafted as fiercely sexy, so as the male lead. Blending all these elements with the story premise makes The Beta And His Human Mate an attention catcher.
