Part 1: The Emotionally-Stirring Chapters Of The Stained Omega Novel
Chapter 1
“Anna’s POV”, instead of “Stain’s POV”, marks the start of The Stained Omega Chapter 1. It implies the female MC’s actual name is Anna. Yet, her father and other Mountain pack members never regard this 15-year-old pup with her actual name. They consistently deny her existence, needs, and rights.
All of these things happen because Anna doesn’t have a wolf, even when she has reached her 15 years of living. They also frame Anna for killing her mother, and they don’t care if Anna does not do it. One of the things Anna’s father does in The Stained Omega Chapter 1 is threatening her to make him breakfast, or else, he would punish her. At this time, all Anna could do was to run away from the Mountain pack as far as she could.
Chapter 4
The Stained Omega Chapter 4 starts with a frightening scene. Anna’s worst dream appears to happen in front of her eyes. Her father discovers her hiding in another pack’s wardrobe and bangs the door loudly. Anna thought it was her father until she discovers other she-wolves and male werewolves, and figures out they are in the same car instead of in the wardrobe.
Anna’s times of enduring abuse from her father result in her struggles in trusting other male werewolves. Even so, this time is different for her, since Alpha Fraction seems to be a nice male werewolf. Alpha Fraction evacuates her and other female werewolves in the pack house. “Swiftmane Pack – No Trespassing” is the sign here. So, will Anna find her refuge in this new pack?

“Stain” is a sensitive word for Anna. Her name is not supposed to be Stain, yet, her father and everybody in the Mountain pack choose to name her that way. More specifically, her father and John, her older brother, start to detest her after seeing her wolfless state. Since then, they conspired with other pack members to fabricate lies that Anna killed her mother, while the truth is that Anna’s mother died while giving birth to her.
Anna herself is already an Omega, the lowest of all classes in any werewolf universe. Anna’s constantly-abused state leads her to be “The Stained Omega”. Her father’s beatings, beratement, drinking addiction, threats, mocks, and other forms of abusive behaviors, have become ingrained parts of her life.
Anna can’t go to the Alpha of her pack, for it will result in more severe punishments. Anna has “been there and done that” many times during her time in the Mountain pack. Anna also can’t report to other pack members, for they never acknowledge her existence and enable her father’s abusive behaviors.
Running away seems to be the only option for Anna, and she does it while she is in the kitchen in Chapter 1 of The Stained Omega. She doesn’t prepare for her father’s breakfast; instead, she uses the kitchen opportunity to sneak through the hall and grab her shoes to run as far away as her legs can take her.
Anna used to fear hiding from the Mountain pack members. She thought the members would always know if one of them tried to hide or run away from the pack. Yet, The Stained Omega Anna musters her courage to overcome her fear, until she arrives at another pack’s territory.
An Alpha who introduces himself as Alpha Rickson of the South Claw pack announces his other Alpha friends, including Alpha Fraction of the Swiftmane pack. All of these Alphas have collaborated in their plans to take down the Mountain pack.
These Alphas have sensed the Mountain pack’s cruel acts against their only female Omega. However, they have no idea who the Omega’s name is. Since Anna doesn’t immediately speak, they also have difficulties in identifying Anna. All that they know is that this poor pup doesn’t belong to their packs.
Will any of these Alphas rescue Anna? Which Alpha will contribute the most in rescuing Anna, The Stained Omega?
Part 3: Some Impressions Of The Stained Omega Novel
Dramatic novels always picture the parents as all-powerful authority figures who impose their powers against their daughters, and The Stained Omega is no exception. The physical assaults Anna has to endure since her 14th birthday go beyond insane.
Anna’s father, the primary perpetrator in Anna’s life in The Stained Omega novel, has a unique physical description. I usually read pretty-looking narcissistic parents, even for Snow White’s evil stepmother. The same thing doesn’t apply to Anna’s father, though.
Anna’s father is bald, his belly reminisces pregnant women, and he is also an incurable alcoholic addict. I guess he must have smelled gross. Those descriptions are comical while not neglecting the abuse sides and the traumatic effects on Anna’s mind. Consequently, those elements add to the thrills of reading The Stained Omega novel.
The rescue part in The Stained Omega novel also becomes one of the most interesting parts of this novel. While Anna ends up with one of the Alphas in the forest she runs away to, the presence of five Alphas from different wolf packs as the savior is exciting. It gives the impression of their reassurance that Anna is not alone.
Alpha’s authoritative nature and the power imbalance with Omega Anna might lead some readers to think the Alphas will do more horrendous things to her. Turns out I was wrong since the Alphas arranged for her refuge in another pack. I also love how the author of The Stained Omega describes the strategies these Alphas do in detail, from evacuating the she-wolves in separate cars to introducing them to their, hopefully, new packs.
Part 4: An Alternative Novel To The Stained Omega
Narcissistic parents aren’t all about physical torture and threats, even though they will always do these two things to their children. Instead, “image” is their middle name, as they care a lot about how people might perceive them. Unfortunately, Anna’s father’s image-consciousness isn’t visible enough in The Stained Omega, even though I must admit that the novel’s full chapters have some of the best scenes.
So, are there any other novels that depict the narc parents’ “image” parts vividly while not eliminating the beating part? Head through what Alexis Cradle experiences in “His Abused Mate” novel, and you will find the answer!
Summary:
Alexis Cradle’s father in His Abused Mate novel is no different than Anna’s father in The Stained Omega; physically torturing the daughter becomes the father’s pleasure. Yet, Alexis’ father always demands her to clean up if she goes outside to prevent strangers from witnessing what he did.
As a result, Alexis becomes a mute kid subject to bullies in her school. She also always wears hoodies to hide her face. Yet, what happens when one of the bully boy’s friends falls in love with her upon her face? What if this extraordinary boy is a werewolf instead of a human?
