[Angel Support] A Review Of When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324
Avery is not alone in facing the terrible physical abuse from Elliot, his husband. Such a thing proves to be true in When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324.
Even Layla, Avery’s daughter, refers to Elliot as the “Dirtbag Dad”. Even though Mike is not Avery’s immediate family member, he shows supportive emotions for Avery’s struggles. He even calls her “a perfect lady”.
Such a chapter theme is similar to the steaminess in Obsessed With My Husband’s Stepbrother.

Part 1: What’s Happening In When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324
When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 is the continuation of the physical abuse that Avery is enduring in a master bedroom. Elliot is mean and physically abusive to his wife until Avery’s screams become eavesdropping.
Here, Elliot restricts Avery from seeing Layla, their daughter. He also locks her movement in the bedroom. So, that’s why Chapter 324 takes place in the same master bedroom where Avery and Elliot were staying.
Fortunately, Avery has Mike as her supporter. Even though Avery doesn’t have any romantic relationships with Mike, we can see in When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 that Mike rushes to Avery’s rescue as soon as the bedroom door suddenly opens.
When the surprised Layla recognizes that her mother is fighting her unloving and abusive father, she joins Mike in giving emotional support to Avery. We can see Layla’s supportive stance as she refers to her father as the “Dirtbag Dad”. This part of When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 is the novel’s part where Layla’s name-calling to her father becomes worthy to be normalized!
Later, Mike also points out to Avery that there’s a dinner meal for her on the dining table. He also shares household responsibilities with Avery in washing the dishes with the kids. At this point, Mike is far more supportive of Avery than Elliot, her husband. So, no wonder Avery is confused by his kind gestures!
Part 2: The Roles That When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 Contribute To The Story
I remembered the idioms of silver lining to rainbows when I read When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324. The more I read this chapter’s contents, the more I feel Mike and Layla are the saviors or angels to Avery’s miserable life.
When we read this novel’s previous chapters, we might recognize Avery’s continuous yet fruitless attempts to end her arranged marriage with Elliot for good.
However, Elliot always finds ways to isolate Avery from her support systems and physically punishes her for things that are not even her fault. Such things are no longer becoming the highlights of When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324.
Some readers even believe that this chapter is a heel-face turn moment for Elliot’s feelings toward Avery. Yet, we can only read other chapters to justify those readers’ thoughts.
Mike and Layla, the two supporting characters, become the highlight of this novel’s chapter. When I think more about this chapter’s contributing role to the novel’s storyline, I immediately get the impression that this novel is Simple Silence’s answer to the readers who want Avery to experience less suffering.
As the author of When His Eyes Opened novel, Simple Silence might not directly answer the readers. In particular, Simple Silence has intended for this novel to be a long-running novel with thousands of chapters. Even so, Chapter 324 introduces us to the novel’s two angels: Mike and Layla.
The scenes involving these two supporting characters in When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 also involve rescuing Avery, from giving her plenty of emotional support to reminding her of her necessities, such as her ready-to-eat dinner meals. Given the roles this chapter has in the whole story, I guess some readers are correct in referring to this chapter as the hopeful chapter.
Still, no matter how hopeful Chapter 324 sounds in When His Eyes Opened novel, you will like Obsessed With My Husband’s Stepbrother better.

Part 3: Some Impressions After Reading When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324
I’m dead sure that reading the first few paragraphs of When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 makes many readers think that Mike is one of Avery’s saviors. Indeed, he’s a good-natured and helpful man, and he even compliments Avery. I don’t comment much about Layla’s supportiveness because, after all, Avery is her mother.
I also go with the majority in saying that Mike is one of the most awesome supporting characters in this romance novel. Chapter 324 especially shows his chivalrous nature. He might not be as physically and financially powerful as Elliot. However, in the end, his loving heart and authentic demeanor make him shine over other supporting characters.
At the same time, I also identify with the scene that describes Avery’s confusion in the middle paragraphs of When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324. Apart from identifying with Avery’s feelings due to years of isolation from her support systems, it makes sense for someone like Mike to appear suspicious.
After all, Mike and Avery don’t have any romantic ties. In addition, Mike’s act in informing about Avery’s dinner in When His Eyes Opened Chapter 324 can lead to more never-ending scenes of physical abuse. Given Mike’s powerlessness against Elliot, I can’t guarantee that he will always be Avery’s savior. At least, it will go that way until a few chapters after this chapter.

Part 4: Alternative To When His Eyes Opened Novel
A marriage with a billionaire is not always pleasing. At some points, it can lead to negative feelings and actions. Hatred isn’t the only feeling that is present in any CEO marriage stories. Instead, many women also feel bitter and heartbroken. In addition, blackmailing is also not uncommon among novels with similar story patterns.
We’ve seen these story elements when we read more chapters of When His Eyes Opened. Mike’s presence as the kind-hearted (yet pretentious) savior adds more dynamics to Avery’s already tumultuous marriage and social life.
Talk about a similar novel, you can also read Obsessed With My Husband’s Stepbrother. In this novel, Leilani Waters, the female MC, is torn between her billionaire husband and Adonis Ace Giles, her husband’s stepbrother. Hence, we can say she has two support systems instead of one.
At this point, Leilani has striking resemblances to Avery Tate. Yet, she’s not the weak-willed Avery. Instead, Leilani is your go-to answer to your question, “What if the female MC cheated instead of the male MC?” With Leilani’s deadly body curves, no man would ever dare to treat her awfully!
