Mated To The King Of Darkness story takes place in Teeland, a werewolf territory where there have been mysterious disappearings of wolves from different packs and it begins with Zezi.
Zezi is a lone wolf and is told that she will not have a fated mate by a witch. Hence she chose a mate for herself.
Zezi appears to have a perfect family with her chosen beta mate George and her six-year-old daughter Mira. She loves George but can’t help but feel that his wolf doesn’t feel the same way about her as at times they feel like a stranger.

Zezi always believed that mates would be of similar race but she was wrong. Hence she decides to run away not wanting her pack to give her way to surrender. Soon George sets out to find Zezi as the Vampire king demands to have Zezi.
George and Zezi plan to escape and move far from Teeland. But the vampire king captures Mira, their daughter forcing the couple’s return.
