Perhaps Shelby’s character is crafted that way to complement the plot premise and the male lead’s background, and thus, I would say that the author was successful in that part. Along with his being rich was a life that is lived under the spotlight. Loving Shelby is a risk for him, for both of them, for that means, dragging Shelby to public mockery, and ruining his reputation too. Lauren

It’s early to tell if Lauren of Longing For The Beach Billionaire Daddy is the main villain here, yet for sure she’s one of those characters who will make Shelby’s life difficult.

In Longing For The Beach Billionaire Daddy, Lauren is a rich spoiled brat daughter who always bargains about being loved just to have her way of things. Her father, Michael was having a headache about her not having direction in life, nor plans for her future, for all she just knew was to party.
