Part 1: The Main Storyline Of Belong To The Lycan Alpha Novel

It’s not easy for most Lunas to display kindness when they face their sons’ soon-to-be mates. Yet, it doesn’t apply to Luna Jasmine. This Luna is so pure-hearted and warm. Lilac doesn’t only feel welcomed in Luna Jasmine’s presence; she also puts her hope high on her soon-to-be-told mating stories with Aiden.

Aiden of Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel is supposed to be the future Alpha of his pack a.k.a. the Golden Claw pack. As such, he often travels to complete his missions. As far as Aiden’s romance stories with Lilac go, Lilac feels safe enough to not question Aiden’s motives.

The D-date eventually approaches and Lilac can’t resist her joyful feelings when she greets Aiden’s parents: Luna Jasmine and Alpha James. She also looks pretty when she steps to the mating venue’s entrance gate. Aiden, her soon-to-be mate, also looks imposing with a thousand warriors behind him.

Alas, Aiden is not alone in the mating ceremony. Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel tells he is embracing another woman affectionately. Unfortunately, Lilac’s tears are useless, and so are her attempts to seek clarity through Luna Jasmine’s “We can talk about this later,” attitude.

Aiden’s “sorry” remarks only burn Lilac’s emotions, for she knows it is not an authentic apology. The actual thing that happens to Aiden is that he wants to fulfill his parents’ wishes of having a pup to pass on the Alpha title. Aiden shows his blatantly annoying sides in Belong To The Lycan Alpha Chapter 6. He sounds annoying for not letting Ruby, the pregnant girl, and Lilac, his former mate, go. Even when Aiden has witnessed Lilac with another more powerful Lycan Alpha, Aiden forces his way through yelling and attempting to drag Lilac’s hands.

Aiden acts this way in Belong To The Lycan Alpha Chapter 6, not because he doesn’t fear Lycan Alpha Hunter and his scouts. He wants to assert his superiority over Lilac so much that it causes Lilac to be in her full-force mode to pull Hunter’s hand to go with her. Soon, Lilac frees herself from Aiden’s persistent annoyance and is about to spend her me-time with Hunter.

Chapter 7

“Be my woman in the party,” is Alpha Hunter’s ending line in Belong To The Lycan Alpha Chapter 7. First, he plays innocent by claiming he doesn’t have ideas for Lilac’s early acts of pulling his hands to help her get rid of Aiden and not hurt her throat in the process.

Lilac knows for sure this man is not that unintelligent. She can feel the rough and intimidating aura from Hunter’s scorching hot body temperature when his hand touches her. Then, Hunter reveals his intention to introduce himself as the Lycan Alpha. Lilac might remember the etiquette lessons from Luna Jasmine, yet, her force is no match to the Lycan Alpha.

Will Lilac accept Hunter’s offer to accompany him to the party? Is the party the same or different from the peace treaty party? Find the answers in Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel!

Part 3: Some Analysis Of Belong To The Lycan Alpha Novel

In general, the more superior the werewolf’s breeds and ranks are, the rarer their existences. No wonder, a Lycan Alpha like Hunter has both mystery and intimidating aura ingrained in his existence. He can play dumb as much as he can, yet, even a more inferior-looking werewolf like Lilac can smell his pretence.

I can sense Lycan Alpha Hunter’s mystery from the slow-moving introduction chapters of Belong To The Lycan Alpha. Hunter’s initial one-word introduction in his deep voice shows the mysterious characteristics he has. The author describes him as a gargantuan-sized Lycan, which makes him much more powerful than when he “helps” Lilac get away from Aiden.

Even I don’t get the idea of who the Lycan Alpha is when I read the first three chapters of Belong To The Lycan Alpha. When I reach the line that pictures Lilac’s shocks in figuring out that this “he” person is a Lycan, I even think that the author might insert some heel-face turn moments. I thought Aiden might be the Lycan until I saw the lines about Hunter in the ceremony.

One of the scenes I love to read in Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel is the one that involves fights between the desperate Alpha Aiden and Hunter, the Lycan Alpha who is currently close to Lilac. Aiden’s constant losses against the formidable-looking Lycan Alpha are both comical and pitiful at the same time.

If I had to say something I dislike in Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel, that would be the reveal of Aiden’s parents’ intention for his son’s mate to bear a pup. I guess some prophecies might spice up the stories. Then, again, I don’t seem to find it in Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel.

Part 4: An Alternative Novel To Belong To The Lycan Alpha

Fights between two powerful Alphas should be categorized under the exciting scenes we can enjoy upon reading the chapters in Belong To The Lycan Alpha. Unfortunately, the power gaps between the Lycan (Hunter) and the ordinary werewolf (Aiden) don’t only add unnecessary running gag moments. It also leaves me wanting to see more challenging fight moments.

I also believe that the characters’ backgrounds in Belong To The Lycan Alpha novel might lack some pivotal points. For instance, apart from Aiden’s parents’ desire for Aiden’s pup, I believe they should have consulted some type of higher powers to have prophecies about the pack and the pup.

That’s just one of the examples. I believe other novels might have their versions of prophecy, such as Mated To The Lycan Kings with its opening prophecy about the conflicting Lycan King twins for the sake of their Kingdom.

Summary:

What happens when Lycan King twins don’t only fight for one mate, but two mermaid princess mates? It might be difficult for some readers to imagine werewolves, the earthy beings, falling for mermaids, the watery beings. Yet, it is what’s happening in Mated To The Lycan Kings.

The Bloom Palace’s ball consisting of supernatural creatures as mermaids and merfolks, Lycan werewolves, fairies, and dragons, is the first meeting place for Selene and Nahla with their Lycan King twin mates. Since then, the prophecy that mentions the Lycan Kings’ fate of uniting the earth and sea starts happening.
